We can supply nylon filter mesh(nylon filter cloth) from 13mesh/inch to 355 mesh/inch. nylon filter mesh are extensively used for food filtering ,such as flour,coffee,tea,water and so on.With more than 30 years experience of nylon filter mesh manufacturing, We can make more than 10 types of processed nylon mesh products, such as nylon mesh filter discs, nylon mesh filter sheets,filter tubes, nylon mesh filter bags, nut & juice filter bags, etc. Customized products are accepted.
1.Material: Nylon (PA6/PA66), strong toughness, wear resistance, and lightweight
2.Acid and Alkali Resistance: Corrosion resistant, more suitable for weak acid and weak alkali environments than metal mesh
3.Good Toughness: Not easily broken, impact resistant, and tensile resistant
4.Rust-Free: Does not oxidize after long-term use in humid and underwater environments
5.Uniform Mesh Size: Stable screening accuracy and consistent filtration effect
6.Smooth Surface: Not easy to accumulate material, easy to clean
7.Low Cost: Cheaper than stainless steel mesh, lighter in weight
